Born and raised in the Kootenays, Jarrod Leppard has deep roots in Kimberley and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle that makes the area so special. From ski hill mornings and trail networks to quiet neighbourhoods and recreational properties, Jarrod understands Kimberley not just as a market, but as a place to call home.

With over six years of real estate experience, Jarrod specializes in helping first-time home buyers, investors, and sellers of single-family and recreational properties navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Prior to real estate, he worked in oil and gas, where he developed the discipline, work ethic, and attention to detail that continue to define his business today.
